Be a rainbow.

Drawing inspiration from the great Maya Angelou, we learn about the quote “Be a rainbow in someone else’s cloud.

Have you ever had to bear the brunt of your employee’s bad day? Maybe they snapped at you or were disrespectful in front of others? How did you handle it? Sometimes, as leaders, we have to take the heat for something we had nothing to do with. It isn’t fair, it isn’t fun, but it is a part of leadership. Hear about my first time learning this lesson many moons ago in this week’s Weekly Wisdom.
